Scottsdale National Golf Homes for Sale (by zip code 85262)
Owned by GoDaddy.com founder and chairman Bob Parsons, Scottsdale National Golf Club made headlines in early 2014 when Parsons sent a letter to members about a planned $35 million renovation to the club, which includes plans for a new clubhouse, a 9-hole executive course, and added touches to throughout the existing course.
The club opened more than a decade ago and is being rebranded as one of Scottsdale’s most elite and prestigious golf properties. Parsons renovation plans center around redesigning the 15th through the 18th holes to make them more challenging for golfers. In addition, the new par-3 course will be placed in a mountainous area of the club property, giving members spectacular views of the surrounding desert as well as difficult challenges while navigating the elevation changes.
